How do I change the POL status from Sent to Closed for a one-time (monograph) order?
Answer
If the POL status is Sent, you need to receive the item. The POL status will move from Sent to Closed once the item has been received in Alma.
To receive, make sure you are in the Acquisitions (or receiving) location and go to Acquisitions>Receiving and Invoicing>Receive
