How do I change/mark an item record as missing?

Answer

To change/mark an item missing in Alma:

Locate the item in Alma using a Physical titles in the IZ:

  1. Perform a Physical Titles repository search
  2. Click Items from the the ellipses
  3. Click Toggle Missing Status from the ellipses of the item
