How do I change the pickup location for an item on hold?
Answer
1. Navigate to Fulfillment | Resource Requests | Monitor Requests & Item Processes
2. Locate the request whose pickup location you need to change in the Resource Request Monitoring list, click the ellipsis next to that request, and then click the Edit link.
3. Select the new pickup location from the Pickup At dropdown and then click Submit.
4. Scan In the item at the circulation desk where it was initially being held. This will put the item In transit to its new hold location. Once the item arrives at its new hold location, Scan In the item again to place it on hold.
