How do I unsuppress a holdings record?

Answer

To Unsuppress a holdings record:

  1. Perform an IZ repository search for the title you want to suppress the holdings record
  2. Click on Holdings
  3. Click Edit
    1. One holdings record – edit will be at the top or click Edit from the ellipses is one is available
    2. Multiple holdings records – click edit from the ellipses of the holdings record to be suppressed
  4. Click on the Records Actions menu
  5. Uncheck the box next to Suppress from Discovery
  6. Click Save>Save and Release Record (Ctrl+Alt+R)
