FAQs

To view holdings records:

1. Perform a Repository Search for your title
2. From the Results List, click Holdings
   ​
3. If there is only holdings, that will open. If there are multiple holdings, click View from the ellipses of the holdings record to be viewed
   
4. Click Back (or the < arrow) to return to the repository search results

To open the holdings records in the MD Editor:

1. From the single Holdings or View Holdings area described above, click Edit
   
   or
   
2. The holdings record will open in the MD Editor
3. Review or make changes to the record
4. Click Record Actions>Release Record (Alt+Shift+R)  or Save>Save and Release Record (Ctrl+Alt+R) to release the record from the MD Editor
5. Click Yes when the confirmation message appears
